Momma of twins, dedicating her time to her passion to change the landscape of STEM-focused corporations. Sabrina Barrett started Girls for Technology back 2015, after which, she was hit with a stroke that had her bed stricken for some time. Sabrina had to learn how to walk again, which was a 1-year recovery process and for that, this Mompreneur is the true reflection of resilience and vision.

According to the website, “Girls For Technology, Inc., is a program committed to closing the Technology and Engineering gender gap one girl at a time. We partner with schools and other community providers to inspire girls to realize their potential in the fields of Technology and Engineering.”

Sabrina Barrett’s commitment to exposing girls in middle school and high school to science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) through a wide variety of engaging, educational, and career-oriented programs ensures they get the support necessary to become the next generation of leaders.
Sabrina Barrett we salute you!
